A well known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a
$20 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this $20
bill?"
Hands started going up.
He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this." He proceeded to crumple the dollar bill up.
He then asked, "Who still wants it?"
Still the hands were up in the air.
"Well," he replied, "What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe.
He picked it up, now all crumpled and dirty. "Now who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air.
"My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20. Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way.
We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. You are special - Don't ever forget it!

Absolutely, one should encourage oneself. In some cases, people do not think of their personal value. When they fail to do one job, they may feel they have nothing meaningful in their life. Then, they turn commit suicide or do not want to do anything.If we fail to do this work, please try another one because people are creative. Obviously, I support the speaker of this story. Money is the not most important thing in our lives. We have many things that are more vital than money is our value to live the world with happiness and do the right thing to ourselves and to other people. Our lives are very value. Actually, self worth is very important for us. Human can live together because they share value to each other, they help each other. if we lost self worth we can not make relationship with people.
Well, it is really fantastic! The value is on us all the time even though we lives in which condition. It doesn't mean I am not a powerful, or rich person; no one respects me. However we are poor, we still have someone respect because we are self-esteem, strong confident, clever and good behavior, so that people make sure that they give value to us. It is the similar 20$ that is dirty. Although we step it again and again and it looks so bad. it is still 20$.

It is a good story. I can learn from it that we have value every time even though we have a lot of mistake or do something bad. we should give value to ourselves because no one better than us.
The story is absolutely good because it shows people in society. when they fail one or more, they decrease their own value in the bad mood. Otherwise, they act without thinking such as, self suicide, etc.More than that it teaches how to encourage yourself, and you never give up when you fail. However, you try anther thing to do ,and you must be flexible in any circumstances. More over, life is extremely valuable for you. Please do not commit crime on yourself!
